Terms and conditions

The app

XRP Alerts is made by Law Industries Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14374177). It is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, together with these terms. You may not copy or modify the app, try to extract its source code except where the law allows it, or use its name or artwork as your own. The app, its design and its trade marks remain the property of Law Industries Ltd.

Not financial advice

XRP Alerts shows market data and news for information only. Nothing in the app or on this site is financial, investment or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell XRP or anything else. Crypto assets are volatile and you could lose money. Make your own decisions, and take independent advice if you need it.

Prices, alerts and notifications

Prices, charts, market data and news come from third-party data providers, and may be delayed, incomplete or different from the price on any exchange. Alerts and notifications depend on your device, its settings, your connection and Apple's services: iOS decides when the app can check prices in the background, so an alert can arrive late, or not at all. Live Activities and widgets are updated when iOS allows. Please don't rely on XRP Alerts alone for any decision where timing or accuracy matters.

Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result, but not for loss that wasn't foreseeable. Because prices can be delayed and alerts can arrive late, we're not responsible, as far as the law allows, for decisions to buy or sell made on the app's data or the timing of its notifications, or for losses from them. The app is for personal use, so we're not responsible for any business loss. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

XRP Alerts Pro

XRP Alerts Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks further features in XRP Alerts. The plans, prices and any free trial or introductory offer are shown in the app before you subscribe.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Once any introductory offer ends, it renews at the plan's regular price, shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If the regular price changes, Apple tells you beforehand and, where required, asks you to agree before you're charged the new price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

Tips are one-off purchases that support development. They unlock no features, but they do add a Supporter badge in Settings as a thank-you.

Your device and connection

Much of XRP Alerts needs an internet connection. Your mobile network's charges apply when you use it away from Wi-Fi, including roaming charges abroad. If you're not the bill payer for your device, we assume you have the bill payer's permission. Keeping your device secure is up to you; we recommend not jailbreaking it, which can stop the app from working properly.

Third-party services

The app relies on services from Apple, Google (Firebase), RevenueCat, our market data provider, Ripple and public XRP Ledger servers, each with its own terms, and stories you continue reading open on their publishers' own sites. Our privacy policy explains what each receives.

Changes to the app and these terms

We may update XRP Alerts, change or remove features, or stop offering it. Some updates may need a newer version of iOS. If we stop offering the app, your licence to use it ends. We may update these terms too; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app means you accept the current version.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
